1. Who you contract with
Privblur is the seller and operator of PrivBlur.com, a browser-based tool for detecting and obscuring faces in photos and videos. By continuing to use the service, you agree to these terms. You must be legally able to enter a contract or have appropriate authorization to act for your organization.
2. Using PrivBlur
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within your selected plan. Free access is subject to the limits shown in the app. Paid features are described on our pricing page. Keep your account credentials confidential, provide accurate account information and take responsibility for activity under your account.
3. Acceptable use
PrivBlur does not screen your media by content category. You remain responsible for having the rights and lawful permissions to process and share your files. You must not use the service for unlawful activity, fraud, spam or infringement of another person’s intellectual property or privacy rights. You must not introduce malware, probe or interfere with security, scrape the service without authorization, circumvent usage limits, or resell or reverse engineer the service where prohibited by law.
4. Your files and intellectual property
You retain your rights in your inputs and exported files; Privblur does not claim ownership of them. Processing happens on your device, and we do not upload or host your photos or videos. You are responsible for obtaining all necessary rights to your inputs and outputs. Privblur retains ownership of the service’s software, documentation and branding. Rights holders may report service-related infringement through Paddle buyer support, identifying Privblur and requesting referral to the seller. We can restrict or terminate accounts for repeated or serious infringement. We cannot remove files held only on a user’s device.
5. Face detection and availability
Detection and tracking can miss faces or parts of faces, particularly under difficult lighting, motion or occlusion. Review every export before sharing; we do not guarantee anonymity or complete detection. The service is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free performance. To the fullest extent permitted by law, implied warranties are excluded. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
6. Payments, subscriptions and credits
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Paddle’s Buyer Terms apply to payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics. Applicable prices, currency and taxes appear at checkout. Monthly and yearly Pro purchases unlock Pro immediately and renew until canceled. Cancellation preserves access until the end of the paid period. Monthly/yearly plan changes take effect at the next renewal. Lifetime purchases grant permanent Pro access for the life of this service; they do not guarantee that the service will operate forever. Credits do not expire, are used after free daily allowances and grant Pro-quality exports without granting unlimited processing.

7. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, a security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. Account termination does not remove exports already saved on your device and does not limit mandatory consumer rights or applicable refund rights.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service changes. Updated terms will appear on this page with a revised effective date. Material changes will be communicated where required by law, and will not override rights attached to purchases already made.
